体外研究 Sugiol(5-30μM;30分钟)抑制 J774A型细胞中 肿瘤坏死因子-α和 前IL-1β/IL-1β蛋白的产生[1]。 Sugiol(5-30μM;30分钟)在脂多糖诱导的 J774A型细胞中抑制 地图激活,抑制 ERK1/2,JUNK1/2和 第38页磷酸化[1]。 Western Blot分析[1]细胞系:用LPS刺激的J774A.1巨噬细胞细胞浓度:5μM、10μM、20μM和30μM培养时间:30分钟结果:在30μM时完全抑制ERK1/2磷酸化,并有效抑制JNK1/2和p38磷酸化。
