肾上腺髓质素(AM)(22-52),人类对120nmol的肾上腺髓质素(ADM)的后肢灌注压反应没有影响。然而,肾上腺髓质素(AM)(22-52),人类选择性地和可逆地降低血管扩张剂对人降钙素基因相关肽(hCGRP)的反应在30nmol,具有与CGRP拮抗剂类似的作用[1]。
