MAO-B-IN-16 (compound 4h) (10 μM; 24 h) has no cytotoxic effect on human neuroblastoma cells[1]. Cell Viability Assay[1] Cell Line: SH-SY5Y cells Concentration: 10 μM Incubation Time: 24 h Result: Showed no cytotoxic effect on cells with cellular viability of 99%.
