Abstract

Abstract The onset of diabetic complications may be prevented by the inhibition of aldose reductase. Derivatives of N-(quinolinyl thiocarbonyl) glycine were prepared and their in vitro and ex vivo aldose reductase inhibitory activities were tested on rat lens.
