与组织蛋白酶L预孵育4小时后,SID 26681509变得更有效,显示出1.0nm的IC50。SID 26681509是一种慢结合、慢可逆的竞争性抑制剂。通过一步可逆性的瞬态动力学分析,抑制速率常数为kon=24000 M-1s-1和koff=2.2×10-5s-1(Ki=0.89nm)。利用木瓜蛋白酶/CLIK-148的X射线晶体结构进行了分子对接研究[1]。SID 26681509抑制木瓜蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶B、K、S和V,一小时后测定的IC50值范围为618nm至8.442μM。SID 26681509对丝氨酸蛋白酶组织蛋白酶G没有抑制活性[1]。
