• 体外研究: SB 452533是HEK293细胞中克隆的重组大鼠TRPV1受体的有效拮抗剂,pKb为7.7,pIC50为7.0[1]。SB-452533减少CAMKK2和AMPK的磷酸化[2]。Western Blot分析[2]细胞系：骨骼肌(C2C12)细胞浓度：0、50、100、200和400μM培养时间：30分钟；结果：显著降低辣椒素诱导的AMPK和CAMKK2的磷酸化。
• 体内研究: 辣椒素(Cap；小剂量2 mg/kg)显著降低博莱霉素诱导的小鼠肺纤维化。SB-452533消除了小剂量上限的影响[3]。动物模型：BALB/c小鼠肺纤维化模型[3]剂量：2.5mg/kg给药：每天皮下注射药物治疗21天结果：SB-452533可消除Cap的作用(减少博莱霉素诱导的肺纤维化)。
