由茶叶以1:15加入pH值4~5的酸性水中,在120℃下煮30min,过滤,合并两次滤液,浓缩、活性炭脱色、离心分离、真空干燥而得。得率可达28.9%(纯度72%)。或由绿茶用温水提取后用二氯甲烷提掉咖啡因,再用乙酸乙酯水溶液(2:1)提取,离子交换树脂吸附、丙酮水溶液解吸等精制而成。得率约8%~9%。
