[体外研究]

氯吡喃胺(25,50μM;24小时,48小时)诱导乳腺癌细胞系中SASH1的表达和凋亡[1]。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系:乳腺癌细胞系浓度:25或50μ。凋亡分析[1]细胞系:T47D、MDA-MB-231和BT-54细胞浓度:50μM培养时间:48小时结果:诱导乳腺癌细胞系凋亡。

[体内研究]

氯吡拉明(i.p.;10 mg/kg)消除大鼠体温过低[2]。动物模型:大鼠[2]剂量:10 mg/kg给药:腹膜内结果:降低组胺诱导的低温。
