[体外研究]

神经激肽1受体(NK1-R)介导的神经肽物质P(SP)脱敏和再敏感,可能与NK1-R的内吞和循环有关。SP和NK1-R被内化到同一个氯氰菊酯免疫反应小泡中,然后被分为不同的小室。SP在细胞表面和早期内体中完整,但在核周小泡中缓慢降解。SP诱导NK1-R的氯氰菊酯依赖性内化,SP/NK1-R复合物在酸化的内切体中解离。SP降解,而NK1-R循环到细胞表面。SP在转染的上皮细胞中诱导NK1-R的内化[1]。
