[Sar9,Met(O2)11] -物质P和肽(每只大鼠10-100pmol,icv)在增加平均动脉血压(MAP)和心率(HR)方面是等效的,但它们具有不同的时间过程。两种激动剂均增加剂量依赖性面部清洗和嗅闻,而[Sar9,Met(O2)11] -物质P是产生美容的唯一因素[1]。

[激酶实验]

大鼠最初接受icv注射人工脑脊髓液（aCSF;1μl），60分钟后接受单剂量[Sar9，Met（O2）11] -Substance P（10 pmol（n = 9），25 pmol）（ n = 9），65 pmol（n = 8）或100 pmol（n = 8））或者肽（10 pmol（n = 12），25 pmol（n = 9），65 pmol（n = 6）或100 pmol （n = 6））构建完整的剂量 - 反应曲线。随机选择每只大鼠，并在方案的其余部分中仅注射两种激动剂中的一种。在第1天（10pmol），第2天（25pmol），第3天（65pmol）和第4天（100pmol）以24小时的间隔给予增加剂量的[Sar9，Met（O2）11] - 物质P或肽。）。对照大鼠（n = 18）每天仅接受载体（aCSF）实验。以1μL载体的体积施用肽，然后施用5μL冲洗体积的aCSF，其对应于导管的空隙体积。每只大鼠在1μL溶液中计算每种剂量[1]。
