利多卡因用途

Lidocaine是组胺H1受体反向激动剂,IC50>32 μM。

利多卡因作用

利多卡因是一种局部麻醉药,又称赛罗卡因,近年来已经取代普鲁卡因,广泛应用于美容整形手术中进行局部浸润麻醉,它通过抑制神经细胞膜的钠离子通道起到阻断神经兴奋与传导作用。其脂溶性、蛋白结合率均高于普鲁卡因,穿透细胞能力强,起效快,作用时间长,作用强度是普鲁卡因的4倍。
临床应用于浸润麻醉、硬膜外麻醉、表面麻醉(包括在胸腔镜检查或腹腔手术时作黏膜麻醉用)及神经传导阻滞。为了延长麻醉的时间,减少利多卡因的中毒等副作用,可在麻醉药中加入肾上腺素。
利多卡因也可用于治疗急性心肌梗死后室性早搏、室性心动过速、于洋地黄类中毒、心脏外科手术及心导管引起的室性心律失常,包括室性早搏、室性心动过速及室颤。其次也用于癫痫持续状态用其他抗惊厥药无效者及局部或椎管内麻醉。但对室上性心律失常通常无效。
