FEN1-IN-C20 is an N‐hydroxyl urea derivative that specifically inhibits flap endonuclease 1 (FEN1) activity with IC50 of 3 nM; significantly suppresses cell proliferation and induces DNA damage in lung cancer cells, enhances the therapeutic effect of cisplatin; efficiently suppresses cancer progression in combination with cisplatin in mouse models.
