Use of CK2 inhibitor D11A potent, selective, cell permeab anti-apoptotic protein kinase CK2 with Ki of 5 nM; potently inhibits CK2α with IC50 of 7 nM, shows <2% remaining kinase activity against a panel of 354 eukaryotic protein kinases with exception of DYRK1B, PIM3 and IRAK1 (IC50=20-50 nM); inhibits the phosphorylation of the CK2 biomarker CDC37 at S13 in MIA PaCa-2 cells, also inhibits S380/T382/383 phosphorylation in PTEN in NSCLC cells. |
