NLRP3-IN-13 inhibits NLRP3 andNLRC4 inflammasomes, and inhibits NLRP3-mediated IL-1β production. NLRP3-IN-13 also inhibits NLRP3 ATPase activity. NLRP3-IN-13 can be used in the research of neuroinflammatory disorders[1].
