Bromperidol hydrochloride antagonises stereotyped behaviour and agitation induced by apomorphine or amphetamine, and inhibits conditioned reactions and learned intracranial self-stimulation in rats[1]. Bromperidol hydrochloride antagonises apomorphine-induced emesis and inhibits the conditioned avoidance response in dogs[1].
