In Vitro | MMP-9-IN-5 (compound 8, 0-1 μM approximately, 72 h) shows cytotoxicity to Wi-38, MCF-7, NFS-60, HepG-2 cells[1]. MMP-9-IN-5 (72 h) induces apoptosis in MCF-7, NFS-60 and HepG-2 cells at 6.9 nM, 5.5 nM, 3.1 nM respectively[1]. MMP-9-IN-5 (72 h) induces significant caspase 3/7 activation in MCF-7, NFS-60 and HepG-2 cells at 6.9 nM, 5.5 nM, 3.1 nM respectively [1]. MMP-9-IN-5 (3.1 nM, 24 h) inhibits cell migration in HepG-2 cells[1]. Cell Viability Assay[1] Cell Line: Wi-38, MCF-7, NFS-60, HepG-2 cells Concentration: 0-1 μM approximately Incubation Time: 72 h Result: Showed cytotoxicity with IC50s: 35.1 nM (Wi-38), 6.9 nM (MCF-7), 5.5 nM (NFS-60), 3.1 nM (HepG-2). Cell Migration Assay [1] Cell Line: HepG-2 Concentration: 3.1 nM Incubation Time: 24 h Result: Inhibited cell migration by 59.35%. |
