 正丁醇用途


1.主要用于制造邻苯二甲酸、脂肪族二元酸及磷酸的正丁酯类增塑剂,它们广泛用于各种塑料和橡胶制品中。也是有机合成中制丁醛、丁酸、丁胺和乳酸丁酯等的原料。还是脱水剂、抗乳化剂以及油脂、药物(如抗生素、激素和维生素)和香料的萃取剂,醇酸树脂涂料的添加剂等。又可用作有机染料和印刷油墨的溶剂,脱蜡剂。作为溶剂用以分离高氯酸钾和高氯酸钠,也可以分离氯化钠和氯化锂。用以洗涤乙酸铀酰锌钠沉淀。比色测定中用钼酸盐法测定砷酸。测定牛乳中的脂肪。皂化酯类的介质。显微分析时制备石腊包埋物质。用作脂肪、蜡、树脂、虫胶、树胶等的溶剂。硝基喷漆的助溶剂等。

2.色谱分析标准物质。用于砷酸的比色测定,分离钾、钠、锂、氯酸盐的溶剂。

3.用作分析试剂,如作溶剂,作色谱分析标准物质。还用于有机合成。

4.为重要的溶剂,在脲醛树脂、纤维素树脂、醇酸树脂和涂料的生产中大量使用,也可作为胶黏剂中常用的非活性稀释剂。也是重要的化工原料,用于生产增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、脂肪族二元酸酯、磷酸酯。也用作脱水剂、抗乳化剂以及油脂、香料、抗生素、激素、维生素等的萃取剂,醇酸树脂涂料的添加剂,硝基喷漆的助溶剂等。

5.化妆品溶剂。主要在指甲油等化妆品中作为助溶剂,以配合醋酸乙酯等主溶剂,有助于色料的溶解以及调节溶剂的挥发速度和黏度。添加量一般为1 0%左右。

6.丝印中可用作油墨调配的消泡剂。

7.用于烘烤食品、布丁、糖果。

8.用于制取酯类、塑料增塑剂、医药、喷漆,以及用作溶剂。

1.用铁桶包装,每桶160kg或200kg。应贮存在干燥、通风的仓库中,温度保持在35℃以下,仓库内防火防.爆。上下装卸和运输时,防止猛烈撞击,并防止日晒雨淋。按易燃化学品规定贮运。

2.储存注意事项储存于阴凉、通风的库房。远离火种、热源。库温不宜超过37℃。保持容器密封。应与氧化剂、酸类等分开存放,切忌混储。采用防爆型照明、通风设施。禁止使用易产生火花的机械设备和工具。储区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。

[ 稳定性 ]:

1.与水形成共沸混合物,与乙醇、乙醚及其他多种有机溶剂混溶。能溶于生物碱、樟脑、染料、橡胶、乙基纤维素、树脂酸盐(钙盐、镁盐)、油脂、蜡及多种天然和合成树脂。

2.化学性质与乙醇和丙醇一样,具有伯醇的化学反应性。

3.丁醇属低毒类。麻醉作用比丙醇要强,与皮肤多次接触可导致出血和坏死。对人的毒性较乙醇约大三倍。其蒸气刺激眼、鼻、喉部。浓度75.75mg/m3即使人有不愉快感觉,但由于沸点高,挥发性低,除高温使用外,危险性不大。大鼠经口LD50为4.36g/kg。嗅觉阈浓度33.33mg/m3。TJ 36—79规定车间空气中最高容许浓度为200 mg/m3。

第六部分:泄漏应急处理
应急处理: 疏散泄漏污染区人员至安全区,禁止无关人员进入污染区,切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴好防毒面具,穿一般消防防护服。在确保安全情况下堵漏。喷水雾会减少蒸发·,但不能降低泄漏物在受限制空间内的易燃性。用活性炭或其它惰性材料吸收,然后收集运至废物处理场所处置。也可以用大量水冲洗,经稀释的洗水放入废水系统。如大量泄漏,利用围堤收容,然后收集、转移、回收或无害处理后废弃。
