氯化失车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷作用现代药理学研究证明矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷具有显著的抗氧化、抗肿瘤、保护神经系统、恢复短暂性视力减弱等多种医疗保健作用。另有研究发现矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷可作为植物保护剂,保护棉花叶片免受棉铃虫的危害。 黑豆皮中矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷能够减少3T3-L1脂肪细胞胞内的活性氧物质的产生,从而剂量依赖地改善H2O2或者TNF-α诱导的胰岛素耐受性;同时能够减少视黄醇结合蛋白在Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的表达,改善高血糖症和提高胰岛素敏感度,从而改善糖尿病症状。 |
