 苯乙醇用途


1.调配玫瑰香型花精油和各种花香型香精,如茉莉香型、丁香香型、橙花香型等,几乎可以调配所有的花精油,广泛用于调配皂用和化妆品香精。此外,亦可以调配各种食用香精,如草莓、桃、李、甜瓜、焦糖、蜜香、奶油等型食用香精。用于制造香料、化妆品、防腐剂等原料。

2.苯乙醇是我国食品添加剂使用卫生标准规定允许使用的食用香料。用量按正常生产需要,一般在口香糖中21~80mg/kg;糖果中12mg/kg;烘烤食品中16mg/kg;冷饮中8.3mg/kg。

1.具有芳香醇的反应。羟基能被卤素取代,在硫酸存在下被所有的有机酸所酯化。芳环可被硝化、磺化及卤化。加氢生成环己基乙醇。

2.本品对鼠类有刺激和麻醉作用,对大鼠、小鼠和小白鼠的急性口服LD50分别为1700mg/kg、800mg/kg及400mg/kg。但美国允许用于食品中,欧洲以2mg/kg浓度用于人造香精,刺激和过敏试验对人是阴性的。
3. 存在于烤烟烟叶、白肋烟烟叶、香料烟烟叶、烟气中。

4. 天然存在于玫瑰、香叶、依兰依兰、橙花等植物精油中。
