 棕榈酸制备

1.自然界中广泛存在,几乎所有的油脂中都有含量不等的软脂酸组分。我国特产的乌桕油中,软脂酸的含量可高达60%以上,而棕榈树果实的棕榈油中含量大约为40%,但菜油中的含量则不足2%。将乌桕油或棕榈油水解、分馏、压榨分离不饱和脂肪酸后,经重结晶即制得棕榈酸。市售品棕榈酸一般熔点为57.5-62.5℃。

2.用板油或棕榈油经水解、酸化,分离不饱和脂肪酸后得棕榈酸,然后经重结晶可得纯棕榈酸。

3.将米糠油、椰子油、棕榈仁油等的混合脂肪酸经真空分馏而制得。
