体外研究 研究发现,Autocamtide-2相关抑制肽(一种新的合成肽ATP)是CaM激酶II的有效抑制剂,其IC50为40nm,在Ca2+/calmodulin存在或不存在时都具有活性。在所用的分析条件下,它的效力分别是CaMK-(281-302Ala286)和KN-93的50倍和500倍。
