描述 Umifenovir是一种有效的口服广谱抗病毒药物,具有对抗多种包膜病毒和非包膜病毒的活性。Umifenovir用作抗流感病毒剂。Umifenovir能有效抑制病毒与宿主细胞的融合[1][2]。Umifenovir是体外SARS-CoV-2的有效抑制剂[2]。Umifenovir具有抗炎活性[3]。

体外研究 Umifenovir对多种病毒具有广泛而有效的抗病毒活性,包括流感病毒a、B和C、呼吸道合胞病毒、SARS冠状病毒、腺病毒、副流感5型、脊髓灰质炎病毒1、鼻病毒14、柯萨奇病毒B5、汉坦病毒、基孔肯亚病毒、HBV和HCV【1】。
体内研究 乌米非诺韦(25和45毫克/毫升;p.o.;)对患有流感感染的小鼠显示出生存益处[3]。动物模型:BALB/c小鼠(6-8周龄),小鼠经鼻(i.n.)接种2倍于50%小鼠致死剂量(MLD50)的A/Guangdong/GIRD07/09(H1N1)(104.5TCID50/mL),体积为20mL【3】。剂量:1.25 mg/mL(25 mg/kg/d)和2.25 mg/mL(45 mg/kg/d),总体积为500mL,在感染前1天和感染后3天(dpi)给药:口服给药结果:与病毒组相比,在45 mg/mL时可提高存活率,抑制体重下降,在25 mg/mL和45 mg/mL时可抑制小鼠肺指数的增加。
