Ki: 0.18 μM (aromatase)[1]

体内研究 雄甾-1,4,6-三烯-3,17-二酮(25-100 mg/kg;s.c.)可防止卵巢雌二醇浓度正常升高[2]。雄甾-1,4,6-三烯-3,17-二酮可能通过抑制雌激素生物合成在体内抑制生育[1]。动物模型:大鼠(220-250 g)[2]剂量:25 mg/kg,100 mg/kg给药:皮下注射结果:在动情前期雌激素激增时间前3小时,单次注射可阻止卵巢雌二醇浓度正常升高。
