Animal Model: Rats (220-250 g)[2] Dosage: 25 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg Administration: Subcutaneous injection Result: Prevented the normal rise in ovarian estradiol concentrations with a single injection 3 hours before the time of the estrogen surge on proestrus.
