• 体内研究: 单独使用Kelatorphan(50μg)可导致完整[3H]脑啡肽含量的强烈增加,相当于总回收放射性的80±11％[2]。在正常的清醒大鼠中,Kelatorphan(10±20mg/kg静脉注射)增加了分钟体积。通气量的增加是由于呼吸频率的剂量依赖性增加。在关节炎大鼠中,Kelatorphan(20mg/kg静脉注射)增加通气,并且关节炎和非关节炎大鼠之间没有显着差异。在戊巴比妥麻醉的大鼠中,给予后10±15分钟,Kelatorphan(20mg/kg,n = 6)也产生轻微(116％)但显着的呼吸增加。 Kelatorphan的作用不会被小剂量纳洛酮(0.2 mg/kg静脉注射,Kelatorphan前15分钟)预处理,但较大剂量(1 mg/kg)可显着拮抗Kelatorphan(20 mg/kg)5清醒大鼠10分钟[3]。
