• 体外研究: 7-酮-石胆酸在添加等摩尔浓度的脱氧胆酸(其本身未被代谢)时显示出增加的生物转化率[1]。7-酮-石胆酸由脱氧胆酸诱导,然后进行代谢[1]。E、 lentum样c-25在厌氧培养下将81.7%的2mM胆酸转化为脱氧胆酸,将3.7%转化为7-酮基脱氧胆酸[2]。E、 lentum样c-25在厌氧培养下将91.5%的150 mg/mL胆酸转化为脱氧胆酸,并将1.1%转化为7-酮基脱氧胆酸[2]。
