【方法一】
将2,3,5,6-四氯苯、固碱、甲醇投入高压釜,控制温度在135-152℃,压力为0.5-1.4MPa,保持14h。将反应液冷至60℃,蒸馏回收甲醇,放出残液,冷却结晶,过滤。将结晶溶于水,加热至70℃,加入保险粉,调节pH=9.2-9.6,加入活性炭,于95℃脱色半小时。过滤,滤液冷至15℃以下,加盐酸至pH=2-3,滤取2,4,5-三氯酚,于45℃干燥得成品。
