• 体外研究: MMK-1在2 nM时以50%有效浓度(EC50)诱导人FPRL1转染的HEK 293(FPRL1/293)细胞中的钙动员[1]。毫米1(1 μM；对于4 h) 诱导表达FPR2的RBL-2H3细胞的选择性迁移[3]。
• 体内研究: MMK1(10-1000 pmol；ICV；试验前20分钟)以100 pmol/小鼠的剂量发挥抗焦虑活性[4]。动物模型：4周龄雄性ddY小鼠[4]剂量：10、100、1000 pmol/小鼠给药：ICV；试验前20分钟。结果：以100pmol/小鼠的剂量使用抗焦虑药,产生抗焦虑样活性。
