• 体外研究: Fenmetozole可作为α2-肾上腺素能受体的拮抗剂[3]。
• 体内研究: 在小鼠中,fenmetozole拮抗乙醇诱导的2.0g/kg运动活性增加和4.0g/kg引起的减少。此外,fenmetozole减弱乙醇诱导的小脑环鸟苷一磷酸含量的减少,但它显着提高了该组织中的cGMP水平。在冲突试验中,Fenmetozole不会改变乙醇诱导的饮酒增加,但当以高剂量给药时,fenmetozole会降低受惩罚和不受惩罚的反应。当给予物理依赖性,中毒的大鼠时,Fenmetozole不能使乙醇类似戒断的反应沉淀。 Fenmetozole(15-30 g/kg)减少乙醇诱导的空中正位反射损伤,而不改变血液或脑乙醇含量[1]。除了在大鼠中测试的最高剂量(30mg/kg)外,单独使用Fenmetozole对处罚饮酒没有任何影响并且不会改变范例中的乙醇作用[2]。
