异丁香酚(正+反)制备

1、由丁子香酚在氢氧化钾溶液中加热异构化而得。用氢氧化钾溶液处理丁子香酚或富含丁子香酚的精油，使其转化成盐。然后加热异构化。冷却后，用稀硫酸分解碱金属盐，游离出异丁子香酚，水洗，干燥，减压蒸馏即得成品。异丁子香酚天然存在于依兰依兰油、肉豆蔻油中。除用丁子香酚异构化的方法制备以外，在工业上还采用黄樟油素或异黄樟油素的合成法制取。

2、将丁香酚与氢氧化钾戊醇溶液加热至200～230℃后注入水中，用无机酸酸化，析出的油层经蒸馏而得精品。

3、烟草：OR，26；合成：由丁香酚与苟性钾溶液加热而得。
