粘连蛋白用途

纤维连接蛋白是一种存在于血液和细胞中的糖蛋白(~500 kDa),是组织损伤的生物标志物。纤维连接蛋白与称为整合素的跨膜受体蛋白结合。纤维连接蛋白还与其他细胞外基质蛋白结合,如胶原蛋白、纤维蛋白和硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖[1]。

[体外研究]

纤维连接蛋白(FN)是一种存在于血液和细胞中的糖蛋白。虽然血液中的纤维连接蛋白(FN)具有多种功能,但其主要作用是促进损伤后的伤口修复。据报道,炎症、创伤和动脉粥样硬化等疾病后血浆纤维连接蛋白(FN)增加。烟草相关肺部疾病的特点是尼古丁可诱导纤维连接蛋白(FN)积累增加。我们发现,暴露于e-cig气溶胶和TS后,血浆纤维连接蛋白(FN)显著增加。尽管我们的研究检测了8-oxodG、CRP和纤维连接蛋白(FN)的水平,但在未来的研究中还需要探索肺损伤的其他标志物[1]。纤维连接蛋白还与其他细胞外基质蛋白结合,如胶原蛋白、纤维蛋白和硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖(如syndecans)[2]。
