头孢泊肟(头孢泊肟酸)是一种对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌有效的抗生素。头孢泊肟抑制微生物群中的大多数细胞。头孢泊肟可用于急性中耳炎、鼻窦炎和口咽炎的研究[1][2]。

[体外研究]

头孢泊肟(头孢泊肟酸)抑制革兰氏阴性厌氧菌(类杆菌科),MIC值为0.125-4mg/L。头孢泊肟抑制小静脉内拉的MIC值为0.25-8 mg/L。头孢泊肟抑制微消化链球菌、细毛消化链球菌和溴瘤胃球菌,MIC值<2 mg/L[1]。头孢泊肟(头孢泊肟酸)抑制肺炎链球菌和化脓链球菌的细菌群。cfu[2]。

[体内研究]

头孢菌素(2.5-50 mg/kg；p.o；每8小时；持续48小时)对小鼠具有良好的疗效[3]。动物模型：雌性瑞士CD1小鼠[3]剂量：2.5、5、10、25、40和50mg/kg给药：口服给药；每8小时；48小时结果：获得的疗效值>350。
