菜籽油

可用作涂层剂、乳化剂、成型剂和组织改进剂。精炼后可供食用和加工人造黄油。还用于制备芥酸及其衍生物，较少用于制造肥皂和硬化油。经精制漂白可用于制造发油、润滑油、磺化油等。在油墨工业中可用来配制油墨脂，常与桐油配用。
