菜籽甾醇用途

芸苔甾醇是麦角甾醇的代谢产物,通过雄激素信号传导在抑制膀胱癌发生促进中发挥作用【1】。芸苔甾醇对HSV-1(IC50=1.2µM)和结核分枝杆菌具有双重抗感染特性,并具有心血管保护作用[2]。芸苔甾醇通过双重靶向AKT和雄激素受体信号传导在前列腺癌中发挥抗癌作用【3】。
