[体外研究]

菜油甾醇在非增殖的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)中显示出弱的细胞毒性。在非细胞毒性浓度范围内,菜油甾醇以浓度依赖性方式显着抑制bFGF诱导的HUVEC增殖和管形成,而它不影响HUVEC的运动性。 50μg/ mL的菜油甾醇使细胞活力降低至对照的约56％(IC50超过50μg/ mL)[1]。

[体内研究]

Campesterol有效地破坏体内鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)中bFGF诱导的新血管形成[1]。

[细胞实验]

通过XTT测定评估菜油甾醇对活细胞数的影响。用不同浓度（10,20,30,40和50μg/ mL）的菜油甾醇处理HUVEC，并在37℃下在潮湿的培养箱中孵育24小时，向每个孔中加入XTT工作溶液。将细胞在37℃下孵育2小时，并使用酶标仪在450nm处测量光密度[1]。
