由花生(Arachis hypogaea)果仁经机械压榨或溶剂萃取后提炼、脱色、脱臭以除去游离脂肪酸、磷脂、色素、臭味物质和其他非油脂物质而成。

油料→清理→烘干与冷却→破碎和脱皮
高温烘烤及时降温→榨糁→轧坯蒸炒榨油→水化脱胶→脱色→脱臭→成品油
