丙酰胺制备

由丙酸与氨反应而得。向加有正丙酸的反应器中通入氨气，当温度升至140℃左右时，全部丙酸生成丙酸铵，停止通氨，升温脱水，在210-220℃保持1-2h，使脱水完全。冷却出结晶，过滤得粗品，再用乙醇重结晶得成品。
