丙酸乙酯用途

1.用作各种天然及合成树脂的溶剂以及漆用溶剂。也用于人造香料和有机合成。主要用于配制果实型和花香型香精及作为顶香剂。

2.用来调配香蕉、凤梨、奶油、生梨、泡泡糖、菠萝蜜、朗姆酒、苹果、葡萄、桃子、热带水果等食用香精，也可用于烟用和酒用香精中。在胶姆糖中使用量为1100mg/kg；烘烤食品中110mg/kg；糖果中78mg/kg；冷饮中29mg/kg；布丁类中10～15mg/kg；软饮料中7.7mg/kg。

3.用作纤维素酯和醚类，各种天然或合成树脂的容积；作为香料可用于调和苹果香、香蕉香、李子香、以及作为黄油、西洋酒和其他多种食用香精。也可用作高级日用化妆品香精。还用作有机合成中间体，用于生产抗疟药乙胺咪啶等。

4.可用于烘烤食品、糖果、冰冻乳制品。

5.用作溶剂，也用于有机合成。

丙酸乙酯制备

1.主要采用酯化法。以丙酸和乙醇为原料，在浓硫酸催化剂存在下进行酯化反应，然后经中和、洗涤、干燥、蒸馏而得。

2.由丙酸和乙醇直接酯化，经洗涤、分馏制得。

精制方法：含有水、丙酸、乙醇等杂质。精制时用碳酸钠溶液中和，再分别用水、氯化钙溶液洗涤，无水碳酸钾干燥后精馏。

3.在搪玻反应器中，加入工业乙醇38kg、正丙酸50kg，搅拌15min后，加入无水氯化钙38kg，搅拌下加热回流10h。蒸馏出粗品80～85L。粗品80L，搅拌下以5%～10%的碳酸钠溶液洗3～4次，酸性合格后，再水洗一次，加工业碳酸2～3Kg干燥。在不锈钢器中将干燥后的粗品50kg，蒸馏，收集96～100℃馏分，得40L成品。
