阿维A酸制备

【方法一】
4-甲氧基-2，3，6-三甲基苯甲醛(Ⅰ)和原甲酸乙酯，在含磷酸的乙醇中反应，得到化合物(Ⅱ)，收率84%。然后和(Ⅲ)在含二氯化锌的乙酸乙酯中反应，得到6：4的(E)-(Ⅳ)和(Z)-(Ⅳ)，合计收率83%。酸消除得到27%的(E，E)-(V)和21%的(Z，E)-(V)。
(E，E)-(V)和丙酮在甲醇水溶液中反应，得到25%的化合物(Ⅵ)。和乙氧基乙炔溴化镁格氏试剂在乙醚中反应，得到化合物(Ⅶ)，收率48%。最后水解，得到91%的产物。
