[体外研究]

8-氯-cAMP在体外显著抑制血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖,降低蛋白激酶A(PKA)RIα亚单位的表达,并诱导PKA RIIβ亚单位表达[1]。

[体内研究]

在大鼠球囊损伤中,8-氯-cAMP(12 mg/kg)以剂量依赖性方式减少球囊损伤后的新内膜面积和新内膜/中膜比率。8-氯-cAMP显示体内血管平滑肌细胞增殖活性降低[1]。
