[体外研究]

validamycina(0.5-1μg/mL;18h)抑制黄曲霉生长和分生孢子萌发延迟[1]。缬霉素A对人支气管上皮细胞无细胞毒性[1]。缬霉素A直接与酪氨酸酶活性部位的几个残基结合,包括HIS85、HIS244、GLU256、HIS259和ASN260[1]。细胞增殖试验[1]细胞株:黄曲霉ATCC204304浓度:0.5μg/mL,1μg/mL孵育时间:18h结果:抑制黄曲霉生长。
