杏仁碱(3 μM)抑制延迟整流器K+电流(IK),对内向整流器K+电流(IK1)或Ca2+电流几乎没有影响[2]。细胞外应用卡巴胆碱(1)可激活毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体操作的K+电流(IK.ACh) μM)或GTPγS的细胞内负载。Aprindine抑制卡巴胆碱和GTPγS诱导的IK.ACh,IC50值为0.4 μM和2.5 μM,分别为[2]。
