柯里拉京用途

Corilagin 是一种鞣酸,可从 Caesalpinia coriaria (Jacq.) 分离出来。Corilagin 抑制 RNA 肿瘤病毒逆转录酶的活性。Corilagin 抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的生长,MIC 为 25 μg/mL。Corilagin 对肝癌和卵巢癌具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,而对正常细胞和组织的毒性很低。
