伏必普仑(CR6086)是一种EP4受体拮抗剂,作为靶向免疫调节剂。因此,Vorbiprant也是一种潜在的免疫检查点抑制剂,可以将冷肿瘤转化为热肿瘤。伏必普仑还拮抗PGE2刺激的cAMP产生(IC50＝22nM)。沃必匹仑在啮齿类动物中表现出显著的DMARD作用,并具有抑制免疫介导的炎症疾病的抗炎活性[1][2]。
