[体内研究]

β-白细胞介素I(163-171),人(50μg,每天,BALB/c小鼠模型的免疫原性较差的纤维肉瘤(CE-2))诱导了一致但有限的肿瘤生长抑制[2]。β-白细胞介素I(163-171),人(1μmol/kg,静脉注射)与T依赖性抗原SRBC一起增加对抗原的主要免疫应答[3]。
