Microcystin-LR是小非核糖体肽, Microcystin-LR是由蓝藻产生的毒素, 是最毒的微囊藻毒素, Microcystin-LR在肝细胞中抑制蛋白磷酸酶1型和2A型(PP1和PP2A)活性。

[体外研究]

微囊藻毒素是由于水体富营养化而由蓝藻水华产生的有毒分子[2]。微囊藻毒素-LR证明是1型(IC50 = 1.7nM)和2A型(IC50 = 0.04nM)蛋白磷酸酶的有效抑制剂。在相同条件下,微囊藻毒素-LR抑制1型和2A型磷酸酶的活性比冈田酸的效力高10倍。发现稀释的哺乳动物细胞提取物中的2A型蛋白磷酸酶被0.5nM微囊藻毒素-LR完全抑制,而1型蛋白磷酸酶仅在该浓度下受轻微影响[1]。
