摘要

Glycosylation is a widespread modification of plant secondary metabolites, and catalyzed by a superfamily of enzymes called UDP-glycosyltransferases (UGTs). UGTs are often involved in late biosynthetic steps and show broad substrate specificity or regioselectivity.
