Docosatrienoic acid is a rare ω-3 fatty acid; inhibits LTB4 binding to pig neutrophil membranes with an Ki of 5 μM.

Docosatrienoic acid inhibits LTB4 binding to pig neutrophil membranes with an Ki of 5 μM[1].

[In Vivo]

Application of docosatrienic acid dose-dependently decreases the peak K+ current amplitide and accelerates the potassium activation and inactivation kinetics at all rat membrane potentials[2].
