乙酸戊酯制备

1.在乙酐和浓硫酸存在下，由乙酸与正戊醇反应而得。先加入乙酸、戊醇、乙酐，再加入浓硫酸，然后加热回流8h，冷后用水洗涤两次，用5%碳酸钠中和至PH=8，并用水洗至中性，用无水碳酸钠干燥，再进行分馏，147-149°收集馏分的成品。

精制方法：除含有水、乙酸、戊醇等杂质外，由于原料来源不同，尚可含有2-戊醇、异戊醇、2-甲基丁醇、丙醇、丁醇、己醇、庚醇及其乙酸酯类。精制时用碳酸氢钠或碳酸钠饱和溶液洗涤，再用氯化钠饱和溶液洗涤、无水硫酸钠或硫酸镁干燥后精馏。

2.在烧瓶中加入醋酸、戊醇、醋酐、浓硫酸，加热回流8h，冷却后用水洗涤二次，再用5%碳酸钠中和至ph＝8，用水洗至中性，再用无水碳酸钠干燥，进行分馏，收集147～149℃馏分为成品。反应如下：
