[体外研究]

丙咪嗪(20 mg/kg,i.p.或15 mg/kg p.o.;每天24天)减弱神经炎症信号,逆转应激诱导的小鼠社交回避[4]。动物模型:雄性C57BL/6小鼠(6-8周龄)遭受RSD(重复社交失败)和HCC(家庭笼对照)[4]剂量:20 mg/kg或15 mg/kg给药:腹腔注射或口服,每天24天结果:逆转RSD诱导的社交回避行为,显著增加相互作用时间,显著降低脑小胶质细胞中应激诱导的IL-6 mRNA水平。
